About the role

Sitting within the Commercial Development Team, part of the wider Commercial Team – People Services (CTPS) you will support the ongoing delivery and development of reporting and assurance mechanisms that ensure the quality and effectiveness of the work of the CTPS and the performance of services commissioned on behalf of Adult Care and Community Wellbeing. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership for data-driven projects or programmes of work; ensuring that work is delivered on time and to the agreed scope and expected quality standards. This includes improving existing reports, tools, and processes, as well as establishing new ones to support effective delivery, oversight of the market and foresight of emerging trends.

Join the team

The Commercial Team - People Services is responsible for the procurement and contract management of over 600 contracts. Its extensive work programme covers Adult Social Care and Public Health Services. The combined annual spend of this activity is circa. £250 million, and our work programme includes a diverse range of Procurement, Contract Management and Market Development projects. The team is responsible for ensuring contracts are commissioned, procured, and managed effectively, at the same time ensuring a safe, effective, and positive service is delivered to the most vulnerable people in Lincolnshire.
