Our client, a reputable independent financial planning firm, is seeking a dynamic and motivated financial planner to join their team. They prioritize building and nurturing long-term client relationships and are keen to recruit an individual with integrity, dedication, and a strong work ethic.


The firm offers a supportive environment with a steady stream of client leads and professional growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a client-focused adviser committed to delivering exceptional service.

In addition to client leads, the successful candidate is expected to generate business exceeding £400,000 annually within 5 years. Business targets cover both new and ongoing business, with bonuses based on achievements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Meet prospective clients regularly, providing high-quality service in line with company standards.
  • Plan, execute, and maintain a business pipeline to meet targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Utilize research for tailored client advice and maintain updated client files.

About You
  • Hold a minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice.
  • Chartered status is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Be driven, motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to exceeding targets.
  • Display ethical and professional conduct in all work aspects.
