Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and delivering a media plan which targets and successfully engages key audiences, and helps to deliver the objectives of the partnership
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key external stakeholders, partners, and journalists
  • Regular reporting on the progress and impact of media activity for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to the promotion of the charity's work and its profile as an expert voice on children's issues
  • Alongside colleagues, managing sensitive issues with reputational implications

Profile

  • Developing national media plans which successfully meet the organisation's key objectives
  • Engaging with the UK national media using a range of effective strategies
  • Working collaboratively in a highprofile inhouse media team, press office or public relations agency
  • Create compelling content using people's lived experiences
  • Managing stakeholder relationships
