We are looking for an ecommerce assistant to join our team located in Taplow, Buckinghamshire. Our trading brand "I dare to be" has a long period of sustained growth online through multiple ecommerce channels.


You will have responsibility for content creation of our Visualsoft website and ebay store, introducing new seasonal lines from leading brands in our womenswear clothing and footwear brands, creating product listings, descriptions and SEO content with accurate and relevant detail.

This role also encompasses assisting with day to day operational duties, customer service, help with processing deliveries and stock fullfilment.

A good telephone manner is essential as answering customer enquiries and completing telephone orders will be required.

You will also confidently communicate with suppliers and courier/shipping companies to resolve customer queries ensuring expectations are met.


We are looking for a talented team player, as help with unpacking and checking deliveries is required, along with order fulfilment in our busiest periods.


Role duties and responsibilities include:

  • Listing new products on our website keeping to current SEO practices
  • Adding and maintaining stock items in our CMS system
  • Overseeing product launches and promotions
  • Advising customers and resolving customer queries
  • Stock management, including ordering, inventory, returns, waste
  • Preparation of orders and data input for shipping
  • Liaising with courier and shipping partners to maintain efficient delivery
  • Competitor & price analysis
  • Assisting with onsite storage and overseeing stock control
  • Consumable ordering and maintaining levels.

Skills and Experience:

  • Worked within an ecommerce environment (2 Years)
  • Experience of managing product creation on an ebay account is desirable
  • Superb attention to detail and an intuitive understanding of how to create highperforming, compelling and commercially successful landing pages
  • Has exceptional organisational skills
  • Customer Service and a confident communicator across a variety of customer platforms
  • Strong system and technical skills
  • A good telephone manner
  • CMS system (2 Years)
  • Is dynamic and able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Works collaboratively to achieve clear business objectives
  • Experience with copywriting is desirable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite particularly Excel
  • Interest in ecommerce, fashion, and retail desirable.
