Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team on a 9-12 month maternity cover basis.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth plans with top grocery retailers, working closely with commercial and brand teams to develop creative and strategic approaches. They will need to inspire agency partners and retailer stakeholders to ensure alignment with retail and e-commerce business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies to drive sales growth with top grocery retailers
  • Work closely with commercial and brand teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans
  • Collaborate with agency partners and retailer stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

  • Experience in FMCG shopper marketing or brand activation
  • Previous experience working with retail media
  • Strong e-commerce and digital understanding, with solid analysis skills

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to make a real impact on the business
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Degree educated
  • Ability to work in the Bucks/Berks region, with occasional travel required
