The Commercial Asset Coordinator will coordinate the operational, commercial, and financial interfaces at Rhyl Flats and North Hoyle Offshore Wind Farms, on behalf of the Operators (RWE) and the Shareholders.

In addition to core responsibilities, the role provides diverse opportunities to develop into other projects in the operational team and the wider offshore business.

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone looking for a career change.

Required skills and experience
The role is one in which you will assist the General Managers in delivering the Business Plans and budgets. You will be engaged in financial modelling and updating of commercial materials. With the General Managers, you will draft board papers and presentations and represent RWE at Shareholder meetings.


You should have enhanced communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with our partners, as well as good teamworking skills to coordinate alongside the Operational Team at site.


With a clear focus on cost reduction and performance improvements at the wind farms, you will contribute to and coordinate several projects within the Operational Team.


Role Requirements

  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Preferably an understanding of technical and commercial aspects in an operational environment
  • Some experience in project and contract management would be a preference
  • Enhanced communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills and adapt within a continually advancing renewables industry

Location:

Both Wind Farms and Operations Teams are based at the Port of Mostyn in North Wales.

You will be expected to be based at site and should expect to travel to other locations on occasion (such as the Head Office at Swindon).
