Job Summary

Join our expanding team to shape Real Chemistry International's strategic medical capabilities. As part of the Medical Strategy Team, you'll merge scientific expertise with strategic insight and commercial acumen. You'll guide clients through key product lifecycle stages, from defining impactful brand strategies to executing innovative approaches. Beyond analyzing complex data, your role involves understanding perspectives and behaviors to craft patient-centric narratives that resonate with stakeholders. We seek someone who fosters curiosity, thinks creatively, and acts as a strategic partner for both our team and clients, ensuring alignment with their goals. Our collaborative approach spans various initiatives across therapy areas like oncology, dermatology, rare diseases, respiratory medicine, and CNS disorders, with opportunities for growth into new areas.

Responsibilities

Drive innovation and creativity in Medical Education through fresh perspectives and new ideasShape project direction based on client interests and desired outcomes, ensuring scientific elevation and tailored messagingConduct research on medicines, therapeutic landscapes, and competitors to inform brand communication and strategyCollaborate with Strategy Director and Senior teams to align direction with client strategy and insightsProvide scientific guidance to teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client objectivesFoster strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support new business initiatives with research and pitch narrative development

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in strategic projects with global clients, preferably from a top consulting firm or Medical Education/Communications agency, in roles like Strategist or Senior Medical WriterAdvanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MSc, RN, MD) in a scientific/medical disciplineAbility to discern underlying challenges by actively listening and understanding both spoken and unspoken cuesHigh client EQ, adept at adapting approaches to match client styles and interestsProficiency in storytelling, presentation, and distilling complex concepts into impactful narrativesStrong work ethic, proactive attitude, adept at independent project delivery with minimal guidance, proficient in scientific research tools like PubMed, and competent in software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem and 4+ years of experience in launching biopharmaceutical brands.

Working with HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have offices in cities with many employees and clients – New York, Chicago, Austin, Washington D.C., San Francisco, and London – that serve as hubs where and when they need us, and we encourage employees who live less than a 45-minute commute of a Real Chemistry office to go in at least two days per week. Outside of these offices, we have regions, where people work remotely but come together quarterly for collaboration, culture and learning opportunities. We call this our Hybrid and Regional Teams approach.
