Hours and Pay:

Monday - Friday 9am -5pm (1 Hour unpaid lunch) 35 hours per week.

Up to £20,000pa

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure accurate entry of supplier invoices to aid the efficiency of the department.
  • To input and process supplier invoices.
  • Liaising with internal an external stakeholders o resolve any invoicing queries.
  • To prepare payment runs for all companies and currencies.
  • To control foreign currencies for payment runs.
  • Book and buy currency to ensure foreign currency payments are facilitated.
  • Assist the Finance Department when needed appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must be keen to learn new skill sets.
  • To organise and prioritise workload.
  • To be able to communicate with various levels of personnel and various nationalities.
  • Desire to succeed.
  • Experience of high volume, multicurrency Purchase Ledger function is preferable but not essential.
