About the Company and the Position:
Yu Energy is rapidly expanding its Metering Team within the Operations Department in Nottingham due to continuous success and growth. The company is creating an exciting opportunity for a Metering Advisor to ensure an excellent standard of service for Yu Energy customers. This role calls for a proactive individual with skills transferable to contribute to our dynamic team.
What You'll Be Doing:- Handle Metering Queries within agreed SLA's
- Build strong relationships across different teams
- Document and communicate Metering actions to maintain workflow
- Liaise with various teams to address registration inquiries
- Ensure robust business processes
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries
- Manage, resolve, and close customer queries in a timely manner
- Develop a good understanding of systems for customer experience
- Monitor and escalate issues as necessary
- Create accurate records for issue resolution
- Energy Industry experience beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good verbal and numerical abilities
