Salesforce Technical Lead at Growing Salesforce Partner

We are excited to be collaborating with a newly established Salesforce Partner that is gearing up for a phase of dramatic expansion. They are in search of a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to become part of their rapidly expanding team, comprising some of the brightest Salesforce talents in the sector.

As a critical member of a thriving enterprise, this role presents a valuable opportunity to engage at a senior capacity during its nascent phase.

What They Seek:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or with Apex, LWC, and integrations
  • Adeptness in communicating technical concepts to non-technical individuals
  • Demonstrated proficiency in devising functional and technical solutions tailored to clients' requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest Salesforce features and capabilities
  • Thorough grasp of Salesforce best practices and the ability to integrate them into operations
  • Proven experience in setting up core Salesforce systems (CPQ, FSL, experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus)
  • Track record of guiding and enhancing the skills of junior team members

This role involves extensive client interaction and hands-on involvement. It should be noted that the responsibilities may evolve over time, necessitating versatility in handling various tasks.

*Please note that this position is based in London and entails on-site presence at the office 1-2 times per week*
