Responsibilities:

Provide technical telephone support to customers using remote tools. Maintain high customer service standards. Install, update, and maintain software and systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote troubleshooting tools. Report 3rd party faults to relevant departments. Log customer interactions accurately.

Requirements:

Experience in customer service and technical support. Knowledge of Android applications. Strong networking knowledge. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm.
