Due to a period of growth we have a new and exciting role for a
Commercial Assistant to join our Quantity Surveying team.

Reporting to the
Managing Quantity Surveyor you will be an integral member of the team who will be responsible for a number of administrative tasks on behalf of the Quantity Surveyors, which will support the processes of subcontracting, cost reporting, value recognition and invoicing.

This is an exciting time for EWCE and we want you to be a valued member of the team working on exciting projects and supporting our clients.

You will be involved in numerous tasks including but not limited to
Assisting the commercial staff with the creation of numerous reports from the cost management system;

  • Issuing subcontract orders on behalf of the commercial team;
  • Liaise with subcontractors keeping communication and correspondence channels efficient;
  • Inputting of invoices for subcontractors on behalf of the commercial team;
  • Attendance to and minute taking at various commercial meetings;
  • General administration duties as required;
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role;
  • Comply with Company rules, policies and procedures at all times and
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks which may be required to enable the company to remain adaptable to changing markets and needs.
