About the Role

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Technical Graduate to join our 2024 Graduate Programme, also known as our Emerging Talent programme.

As a Technical Graduate, you will gain insight into the entire project lifecycle, from start to finish. This includes collaborating on Architectural, Engineering, and services designs, securing third party approvals, and managing section agreements.

Over the two-year program, you will develop strong technical skills, learn about the approvals process, review external technical reports, and create working drawings & engineering layouts. You will work closely with our Assistant Technical Managers to address design challenges.

You will build a solid understanding of the technical aspects of developments, including the roles of Architects, Engineers, structural, civil, and highways Engineers, among others.

This role is ideal for individuals interested in a career in Developments. Based in our Eastleigh office, you will have the opportunity to learn from the technical expertise in your business area and the surrounding community.

The position starts in September 2024, including a week-long induction at our Leeds Office. This induction will include meetings with the Executive Team, a tour of Places for People's housing stock, and social activities to connect with other members of the 2024 Emerging Talent group.
