Juice Recruitment is Delighted to be supporting a leading business based in Quedgeley on their search on a temporary ongoing basis.
The role will be to provide an outstanding level of Customer Service to all customers, whether that be verbally over the telephone or in written communication.
Duties include:
- Responsible for the completion of online orders following internal processes.
- Capture Customer feedback about products and report any manufacturing defects to the Team Leader following the fault reporting process.
- Liaise with couriers where necessary to ensure successful delivery of our goods.
- Respond to productrelated questions from Customers.
- Able to provide an outstanding level of customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- IT literate, specifically Microsoft Outlook and awareness of full MS Office suite, with good numeracy skills.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
