We are looking for a Visitor Centre Administrator to join our Building Services team on-site in Northwood.


The Visitor Centre Administration team provides a 24 hours service, being the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a premier experience every time.

Please note this is initially a 3 month Fixed Term Contract

You'll:

  • Work on a rotating shift pattern, including 12 hr Days, 12 hr Nights, 8 hr Days
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a premier experience every time
  • Process all authorised visitors in accordance with authority regulations
  • Issue visitor passes within 10 minutes of arrival at the respective Visitor reception Point
  • Provide Site Asset Sweep during silent hours

We're looking for:

  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Computer literate (data entry)
  • Able to work the shift pattern as described
  • Fluent in spoken English and written skills
