Barista/ Bakery Assistant

Overview:


We are seeking a Bakery Assistant to join our team, the job role will prioritise being trained on coffee and front of house but will also include helping out where necessary in the bakery with weighing up ingredients, frying donuts, pot wash and general set up and clean down at the end of the day.

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation is crucial at all times.

Once fully trained there will be occasional solo working.

Skills:

  • Barista trained is a bonus but not absolutely necessary as we can provide training
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team


If you are passionate about baking there is also an opportunity to be more involved in bakery production during quiet times.


The role we need to fill is for Wednesday - Sunday however we can be fairly flexible, Weekends are crucial for this role.

Start times are generally as follows;
Wednesday - Friday

Saturday

Sunday

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Pay:
£9.50-£11.44 per hour
