About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at Kerry. As a key member of our Foodservice business, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Da Vinci Gourmet brand across the UK and Ireland.

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key regional coffee chain targets in the bakery and coffee channel. This will involve using market contacts, LinkedIn, and cold calling to identify and target key problem owners and stakeholders, and developing long-lasting collaborative relationships.

You will work closely with our marketing team to execute brand campaigns and develop drinks menus with customers based on market trends and insights. Additionally, you will build relationships with regional chains using our barista team to develop menus based on insight, and help grow DaVinci Gourmet distribution by working closely with the distributor account management team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and grow key regional coffee chain targets in the bakery and coffee channel
  • Identify and target key problem owners and stakeholders
  • Develop long-lasting collaborative relationships with customers
  • Work closely with our marketing team to execute brand campaigns
  • Develop drinks menus with customers based on market trends and insights
  • Build relationships with regional chains using our barista team
  • Help grow DaVinci Gourmet distribution
What You Can Bring to the Role
  • Proven experience in dealing with and managing coffee/bakery chains or similar in the UK and Ireland
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice coffee market and contacts are desirable
  • Significant experience in a similar role or foodservice environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional internal teams
  • Positive and ambitious attitude towards driving new business growth
  • Solid IT skills, with a high level in MS – PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the week
