About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at WHSmith. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and working independently or as part of a team to deliver our store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Serve customers with a smile, ensuring they walk away happy.
  • Perfecting Every Drink: A passion for coffee and a pride for making the perfect drink, for every customer, every time.
  • Store Standards: Deliver 'best in town' standards through presentation, availability, and keeping the store clean and tidy.
  • Product Knowledge: Having great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Organisation and Attention to Detail: Great organisation skills plus strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for Customer Service: A passion for providing great customer service.
