Who you'll work with

  • The In-Play Football Team are responsible for delivering the most engaging In-Play product, from boosts to OPTA stats, you will be responsible for delivering on the biggest games of the year whilst working in a progressive and high performing team within Trading. _
  • The SBG In-Play Football Team sits within the Flutter UK&I Core Trading Tribe alongside Football, Trading Risk, Racing and Quants/Analytics. The team also works closely with the Bet Tribe within SBG, covering commercial, customer, finance, marketing and technology based teams.
  • Our Full-Time Traders are key for delivering product on the biggest games throughout the week, whilst working with one another to ensure team processes are followed and the team improves collectively. The role allows colleagues to work closely with the senior team members to deliver an outstanding service for our customers, whilst developing a wide range of skills and working on projects.

Your role in 'better'

  • You'll be responsible for trading all standards of games during both nonpeak & peak times from National League North all the way to the Premier League, covering core market and player trading, boosts and stat based markets.
  • You'll always seek new ideas and collaborate with your colleagues, you will constantly be looking for innovative and niche markets to trade.
  • You'll look at ways we can continuously improve our product and customer journey, as well as your own and the team's performance.
  • You'll lead by example by always executing your responsibilities to a high standard and will demonstrate a growth mindset through a desire for selfimprovement.
  • We don't believe in departmental barriers here at Sky Bet; you'll work closely with the Trading Department, Bet Tribe and wider Flutter Group to improve the customer experience.
