  • As a Mailroom Operative with Restore, you will be handling confidential data for customers, preparing, checking and scanning documents onto a system to be accessible digitally.
  • In this role, you will be working in either the booking in department or quality control. You will need good attention to detail as you will be using computers to do data input. This role will also be physical with a lot of standing and lifting. You will be a proactive and reliable individual with a keen eye for detail to excel in the role of Mailroom Operator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow guidelines and procedures for processing documents
  • Prepare documents for scanning i.e. removal of staples, folds, attachments etc
  • Work well as a team to achieve scanning volume targets and all quality standards
  • Ensure all pages are scanned correctly and accurately
  • Communicate effectively and cooperatively with all colleagues and management
