- Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a target-driven environment? We're seeking a Mailroom Operator to join our team at our site in Bilston. You will be responsible for meticulously checking, preparing, and scanning paper documents. Your primary duties will involve removing staples, paper clips, and additional pieces of paper to ensure flawless document scanning.
- This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your attention to detail and dedication contribute directly to the success of our projects. You'll be part of a collaborative team and have the chance to enhance your skills in document preparation and scanning.
- We will provide full training and support to ensure you have all the tools and skills to do a great job
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Check paper documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, etc.
- Ensure documents are organized and free from any extraneous materials
- Operate scanning equipment and ensure high-quality scanning results
- Maintain strict adherence to established productivity and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and deadlines

- Proven experience in roles demanding high attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in using IT tools and comfortable learning new software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
