Restore Digital have a new, exciting opportunity to join our team as Senior Operator.

As Senior Operator, you will be supporting the Section Leader in day to day running of the mailroom. You will be required to organise the day-to-day running of mailroom team to ensure work managed efficiently, effectively and meets goals and objectives of the company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensuring Health and Safety compliance followed daily
- One EDM approach and PACT’s values and behaviours to be conducted every day
- Managing workload daily
- Monitoring worksheets and staff members and their performance
- Updating Spreadsheet
- Dealing with deliveries, rescans, errors, QA checks, return requests, non-conformances and print room queries
- System monitoring end-to-end process - Ensuring work is processing correctly

**ABOUT YOU**
- Effective communication at all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure meet deadlines
- Keen eye for detail
- Confident in the use of internal systems and programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
