Job Description DP World are currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to join our fast paced Automotive client site in Wolverhampton . This is a critical role responsible for improving performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of strong team management and development. If you have a background in Operations Management ideally within fast paced Manufacturing, Automotive, Warehousing or Logistics environments get in touch today.

Identify potential problems, troubleshoot, escalate issues to local and senior management and participate in analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements.
Quality / Lean
Create and implement best practice in manufacturing, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Oversee & review root cause analysis data and identify trends that indicate a change in performance and implement an action plan accordingly.
Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes so to aid and improve operational performance.
Allocation & management of budgets, including overtime, headcount, department costs aligned to customer demand requirements and demonstrate the ability to flex costs accordingly.

ERP Systems knowledge (SAP).
Good analytical skills in data control and understanding of production processes.
Experience of Customer Relationship Management.
