Corporate Archive UK is tasked with identifying, maintaining, managing, and preserving theatrical and television production assets from active and past Warner Bros. Discovery Productions. This includes assets from WB, WBTV, HBO, HBOMax, DC, Gaming, Animation, and Studio productions.You will be involved in supporting global promotional and marketing initiatives for TV and Film, overseeing logistics and installations for these initiatives, and also assisting in Museum exhibitions both Domestically and Internationally.Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting the Warner Bros. Studio Tour in London and Tokyo.Your Role Responsibilities...
  • Collaborate and communicate with various Production Department HOD's and Coordinators on assigned titles to identify key assets for historical representation and arrange their delivery to the Archive
  • Maintain the Archive's database of all current assets
  • Handle inventory and data entry of new acquisitions into the Archive system and ensure proper storage of all assets following archival standards
  • Engage with various WB divisions for Domestic and International promotional activities and marketing endeavors
  • Prepare assets for exhibitions and displays, ensuring that legal documentation and security measures are in place in coordination with the Archive Team
  • Act as the main contact for displays and exhibits on assigned titles from concept to installation and removal
  • Coordinate the shipment of assets both locally and globally
Qualifications & Experience...
  • Demonstrated experience as a Coordinator in a similar capacity
  • Prior background in Production is advantageous but not mandatory
  • End-to-end coordination and project management skills
  • Previous exposure to database or archiving software
  • Capability to lift heavy boxes when required within a warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Hold a valid clean driving license
  • Desirable to possess Forklift and Scissor lift licenses
