Your New Role


The Early Talent Apprentice's main duties will be to support the Early Talent EMEA team with recruiting interns and apprentices, attend careers fairs and events to promote Warner Bros.

Discovery's early talent programmes and provide general administration to the team.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Attending careers fairs and visiting schools, colleges and universities to promote Warner Bros. Discovery as an employer.
  • Assisting with the organisation and implementation of assessment centres and interviews for the Early Careers programmes.
  • Contacting relevant organisations, universities, colleges and other partners to advertise roles.
  • Assisting with preparation and planning for events and future recruitment initiatives.
  • Providing administrative support to the early talent team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • An interest in developing a career in Recruitment (Talent Acquisition).
  • Interested in diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Great communication skills with the confidence to speak to people at careers fairs and other events.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • You will need to be organised with the ability to prioritise your workload
  • You should also have the ability to take initiative and work proactively.
