We have a fantastic opportunity to join our contact centre as a Coaching, Training & Quality Support Senior. The training department is at an exciting new phase. What will you be doing?

As a Call Centre Trainer you will be working closely with management and senior teams to ensure that customer's experience an outstanding level of service.


Some of your main duties will include:

  • Ensure the highest company standards are followed at all times
  • New recruit inductions
  • Coaching and supporting new and existing staff members
  • Providing classroom and virtual based training
  • Ensuring each training module is delivered successfully so that colleagues understand the requirements and expectations
  • Quality / Call monitoring checks to ensure training has been delivered successfully

Requirements:

You will have:

  • Experience in Contact Centre environment as a Trainer, Supervisor or Team Leader is desirable
  • Positive cando attitude
  • Ability to notice trends and gaps in employee development
  • Strong values and experience in customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others
