We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator to join our Logistics team in our Operations Centre in Lichfield.

This is an administration role where you will be monitoring the Logistics inbox, advising customers and internal members of staff on updates relating to deliveries and international shipping and liaising with our delivery drivers on a daily basis.


While you are training you will be working in the office 7am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Working Hours:

  • Flexibility to work on a Monday to Sunday rota (where you will get days back in lieu or paid at an overtime rate).
  • Hours of work:
  • Monday to Friday between: 7am 10pm.
  • Saturday & Sunday: between 11am 5pm.
  • Hybrid working available with this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 7day administration cover for the Logistics Operation.
  • Maintain and monitor Logistics mailboxes to provide updates on all Collection and Deliveries, both UK & International.
  • Maintain paperwork and records of couriers and internal drivers to ensure we always have proof of deliveries and required paperwork.
  • Liaise and support delivery drivers through the day, to ensure all activities completed.
  • Compilation of reports on daily activities to achieve visibility on Logistical activities for all organisational stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and organising shipments with our International Artists.
  • Booking shipments on third party portals.
  • Chasing updates on third party shipments.
  • Monitoring systemic scanning of artwork.
  • Any other Logistics office based activities.

Your Skills:

  • Excellent administrative skills and experience.
  • Experience in operating Excel and various IT systems.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Knowledge or understanding of International Shipping is preferred but not essential.
  • Flexible, initiativetaking work ethic.
  • Good problemsolving skills to solve issues that may arise throughout the day.
