**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Freight Forwarder to join our team at WR Logistics. As a key member of our Freight Department, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and overseeing the entire import and export process via European Road Freight.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide accurate and timely spot quotes to our existing customer base
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers
* Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude towards work
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Liaise with overseas partners to negotiate rates and promote company brand
* Manage FTL and groupage shipments
* Meet and exceed KPI targets

**Requirements:**

* 1-2 years industry experience
* Road freight experience covering imports and/or exports
* Experience dealing with subcontractors and partners
* Quotation experience
