Culture Recruitment are working exclusively with Plasterers One Stop Shop who are looking for their next marketing superstar to join their team.

Office based to start with there will be some flexibility once your probationary period is complete.

This position focuses on developing and delivering marketing strategies and activities to grow the brand and achieve e-commerce targets.

An eye for detail and ability to manage key marketing functions makes this role a perfect match for someone with creativeflair and commercial acumen.


The role

  • Creation of editorial, video and graphic design content for website, collateral and social channels.
  • Website management ensuring consistent and appropriate activity, ensuring all content is optimised for SEO and user experience.
  • Maintain the editorial calendar identifying and ensuring the business is talking about key and relevant touch points.
  • Proactively identify and propose new opportunities that will drive brand awareness.
  • Merchandising and liaising with external printers.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years marketing experience
  • B2C Experience
  • Ability to develop, implement, and improve marketing strategies, using all available analytics to improve outcomes
  • Creative flair
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Use of Adobe Creative Suite
