What you'll be working on:

  • Support the monthly accounting close cycle in accordance with internal established procedures and deadlines
  • Performing timely multicurrency payment runs (i.e. vendors, taxes, money transfers, refunds)
  • Support the team in daily cash receipts reconciliations for stores/Ecommerce transactions and management of possible refunds/chargebacks
  • Accurate and timely processing of general ledger and journal entries including but not limited to: payments, receipts, deposit and loan entries, bank charges and account transfers

Ideally you have:

  • Experience working in Treasury
  • Excellent at Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of complex accounting systems
  • Oracle Netsuite and Shopify are a plus
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A competitive salary of up to £34,000 paid weekly
  • Working in head office with a friendly and supportive work culture
  • Working under a renowned and wellestablished brand
