Job summary

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Senior Administration Assistant, to support the Trusted Assessors Team at The Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre .

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the intermediate care team and clerical support within a health care setting.

The post holder will be flexible when managing workload and accommodating the requirements of teams. also ensuring adherence to guidelines, policies and procedures.

The role will include some duties, including diary management, minute taking, filing, typing and on a monthly basis assisting with performance reporting, placement of oracle orders, room bookings, and undertaking day to day supervision of staff.

Qualifications

Essential

NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience Word processing to RSA 2 standard of European Computer Driving License (EDCL) or able to demonstrate appropriate level of skill

Knowledge & Experience

Essential

Comprehensive knowledge of a range of routine administration procedures Knowledge of a range of software programmes, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general officer procedures Previous experience of supervising a team Previous experience of working with general public

Desirable

Knowledge of other Microsoft packages Experience of SystmOne functions Previous NHS experience
