Job description:


You will be assisting the senior care team and managers with day-to-day administration support within our office on days required during the 5 day working week.


Administration Role:

Principal responsibilities

  • These are some of the main duties expected. Other duties may be added to the list._
  • Answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner, transferring calls to relevant member of staff, or taking comprehensive messages and passing onto staff member.
  • Ensuring that records are saved to the database in line with procedures.
  • Ensuring that data records are input accurately and kept up to date.
  • Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents.
  • Assisting in collecting/sorting data related to recruitment.
  • Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets
  • Monitoring office supplies & PPE. (Including refreshments)
  • Sorting, and distributing office mail.
  • Conducting research and compiling data upon request
  • Create new client folder packs ensuring all documents are completed.
  • Take notes and book appointments and deadlines within outlook and on office whiteboards.
  • Carrying out admin tasks from the directors & Registered Manager

  • Able to demonstrate basic word processing skills with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.

- ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work, etc Act 1974
