Company Secretary and Compliance Assistant

Eames is collaborating with a London Market Lloyd's Syndicate in search of a professional to fill the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Assistant.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Assistant Company Secretary on Secretary matters and will be reporting to the Head of Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings and accurately record minutes.
- Prepare information and packs for Board and Committee meetings.
- Assist in managing complaints, maintaining records, reporting to Lloyd's/FOS, and organizing files.
- Support regulatory reporting by managing the business timetable and providing guidance on upcoming deadlines.
- Aid in drafting and updating policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in a Compliance role within the London Market and possess skills in taking and transcribing minutes.
