As the Lead Dynamics Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. You will build a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust applications. This role demands a deep understanding of Dynamics 365, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and customisation of Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Design and implement integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, development processes, and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates, advising on their potential impact and opportunities for the business.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 development and customisation.
- Proven track record of leading development teams and managing projects to successful completion.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Excellent understanding of data integration techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the utilities industry or similar sectors.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
