  • Deliver exceptional customer support.
  • Conduct Invoice Audits.
  • Manage Foreign Shipments.

  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & Word.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Capable of working well under pressure and within a team.
