We are seeking a confident individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor to help action window and door orders that are generated through our website, as an office based roll as well as assisting customers questions using our internal system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • After sales customer service and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Full training on the above will be provided as we are looking for an applicant who is willing to learn and grow with our company.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • The ability to communicate effectively with other staff and customers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload.
  • English and Maths GCSE are essential for this role.
  • You must live in the UK and be within communiting distance to Theale, Berkshire to be considered for this role.

Working Hours:
Full Time - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Pay:
£11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
