Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our high-performing team at Octane Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying and recommending necessary repairs and maintenance to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Ability to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
