Fabric Maintenance Handyperson

We are recruiting for a fabric maintenance handyperson to complete basic maintenance on a commercial facility in the Bradford area.

The role is a temporary ongoing position£15.00/hr PAYE (£18 Umbrella) basic hours.
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.

Fabric Maintenance Handyperson Duties: To ensure all building compliance checks are complete and recorded i.e. Legionella / Tap Temps checks, Fire alarm and fire door checks, emergency lighting etc.

To complete fabric PPM and reactive maintenanceAssist the engineers on their PPM'sTo ensure stock and supplies are maintainedTo ensure all H&S obligations and met and exceededBasic Joinery, painting, patch plasteringGeneral handyperson tasksBasic lighting checks and upkeep
