  • Have experience of teaching in KS
  • Have a proven track record of strong classroom management.
  • Someone who can use their own initiative, be friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience of planning and assessments.
  • Be able to set clear boundaries and set high expectations.
  • Have experience of working with EAL students and being able to adapt lessons so they can access the same standard of learning as their peers.
  • Have an enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to pay £38 for a new check to be done
