- Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent across all levels of the organisation.
- Culture and Engagement: Champion a positive, inclusive and high-performance company culture that reflects our core values.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
- Learning and Development: Oversee the development and delivery of internal and external e-learning solutions and the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Organisational Development: Drive continuous improvement in organisational design and workforce planning to support business growth and ensure our structure and processes support our business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Provide leadership on employee relations matters, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programs that motivate and reward employees and attract and retain top talent.
- Compliance: Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with UK employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership Development: Mentor and coach HR team members, senior leaders and managers across the organisation to enhance leadership capabilities and drive performance.
- CIPD qualified to level 7 (or equivalent)
- Significant HR experience, with at least 2 years as Chief People Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer (or equivalent) within a similar fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Relevant experience working within the education sector would be a huge advantage.
- Deep expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, L&D and organisational development.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing successful learning and development programmes.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e-learning platforms.
- Solid understanding of sales based incentive plans and effective reward structures to motivate and incentivise high performance.
- Proven track record in leading cultural transformation and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in leading change management and organisational design initiatives.
- A strategic and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation in HR practices.
