A fantastic opportunity awaits for a Service Manager to become part of our Supported Living services in Borehamwood. This role is all about making a difference and experiencing the essence of life. We are on the lookout for a dedicated, passionate, and driven Service Manager who will oversee the staff team's people management and development. Your role is crucial in ensuring the excellence of our service delivery.

We need someone proactive and committed to fostering positive change, capable of making tough decisions even in challenging situations. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to cultivate effective relationships with staff and the individuals we support to deliver a customer-centric, top-quality service.


Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance of the service
- Practice Management and leadership
- Maintain high standards through staff observations
- Uphold Health & Safety regulations
- Collaborate with families and stakeholders
- Drive continuous team development
- Proficiency in using IT is essential

Although the role may present challenges, having a positive mindset and a determination to enhance the lives of those with learning disabilities are essential. Quick thinking and a can-do attitude are key.
