You will undertake a 12-month internship (aligned with the academic year 2024/2025) in the Health and Safety department, offering administrative and operational assistance both in the office and on-site. Responsibilities include:
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and update health and safety records (both electronic and paper) accurately and promptly.
- Prepare necessary reports when needed.
- Assist in organizing health and safety training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders when necessary.
- Support health and safety campaigns, such as the annual EGGER Safety Week.
- Enhance your understanding and skills in health and safety practices.
Our Requirements
- Completed at least two years of studies in health and safety or business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communicator comfortable interacting with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Effective administrative and organizational abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Keen on expanding knowledge of workplace health and safety.
- Preferred possession of a valid driving license.
