About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Cygnet Hexham Hospital. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness and adheres to health and safety procedures.
  • Carry out daily and weekly cleaning regimes, including maintaining and replenishing stock and equipment.
  • Employ safe working practices and comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or domestic work (desirable).
  • Knowledge of COSHH (desirable).
  • Friendly, conscientious, and positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills.

DBS Check

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
