Are you looking to assist the Team Manager in the effective management of public resources including management of staff and resources? Here is an exciting opportunity for you to work as Advance Practitioner in MASH service.
The pay rate would be up to £38 per hour depending on your location and this may be negotiable.Your key responsibilities will include:
- To contribute to the delivery of an effective children's social care service as part of a social work team, improving outcomes for children and young people.
- To prioritise workload demands to ensure that assessments are carried out thoroughly and effectively and work allocated according to user and carer risks and needs.
- To work within a fast environment in addition to be able to work well with partnered agencies is essential.
- To work in Hybrid working pattern as well in the office.
Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.
- Registered with Social Work England
- Having minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory position in MASH service.
- Able to drive care and hold UK Driving License
