Your Responsibilities:
As a Childcare Trainee, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience within a nursery setting. You will be paired with a mentor who will support you as you work towards becoming a vital member of the nursery team. Your role and responsibilities will be defined by your employer, Realise, which will provide on-the-job training and incorporate 20% off-the-job learning into your workday. You will work towards the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship.
