This newly created, diverse vacancy has arisen due to business growth and will be based in small, friendly team.
This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis.**What will the Finance Manager role involve?**- Production of management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet;

  • KPI reporting and making recommendations to the director as regards to improving business processes;
  • Processing mixed volume purchase ledger invoices;
  • Dealing with and resolving supplier queries;
  • Making payments via BACS payments;
  • Monthly payment runs and reconciling petty cash / company credit card;
  • Weekly payroll and dealing with all associated queries;
  • Day to day general accounts administration and answering the telephone during busy periods.
  • Possess strong, all round accounts and finance experience gained ideally from an SME business;
  • Have good working knowledge of Xero, Sage or similar;
  • Be a team player and have an enthusiastic, handson approach towards tasks;
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
