Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Manager to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our accounting services department, you will be responsible for overseeing and contributing to the delivery of high-quality accounting services in the professional services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all audit and account activities within the department, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses, developing and implementing effective financial strategies.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly, providing leadership and support to accounting team members.
Requirements
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA) and a minimum of 5 years' Auditing experience, including leading audits.
- Comprehensive knowledge of audit and account management, excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the use of accounting software and systems.
