We are seeking a Proposal Specialist to join our clients Global Marketing team in London. This role involves managing the end-to-end process of proposal requests and due diligence questionnaires, requiring close coordination with various internal teams. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality submissions that reflect the strength of our investment offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete project management of the RFP/DDQ process.
  • Utilise the RFP project management system, Loopio, and collaborate with subject matter experts within agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure all materials are reviewed and approved before distribution, including compliance with Technical Marketing, US, and SA review requirements.
  • Manage and support the content management strategy within Loopio.
  • Coordinate team efforts to ensure consistent and aligned content and output.
  • Draft ad hoc text with subject matter experts and integrate it into the RFP content database.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of internal systems, teams, products, and processes, and participate in relevant internal training.
  • Adhere to all Compliance policies, including personal account dealing, gifts, market abuse, and more.
  • Complete Compliance training, declarations, and relevant forms promptly.
  • Protect firm and client data, including IT data, and report any breaches, errors, complaints, or conduct issues.
  • Report any suspicions of money laundering, fraud, or other crimes involving clients, investors, or employees.
  • Actively participate in the Proposal Team and wider global marketing team, contributing to meetings and team activities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of direct RFP/DDQ experience with a global asset manager.
  • Strong understanding of investment markets and processes, including equity, fixed income, alternatives, and multi-asset classes.
  • Good knowledge of the institutional and advisory marketplace and the markets for our investment strategies and funds.
