We are a highly motivated, energised team mainly based in Norwich with hubs in India and Poland as well totalling 120 people.

In Norwich we sit together on a weekly basis with plans to visit the offshore sites in the future and regularly socialise to help support engagement within the workplace.


A bit about the job:

  • Support the core change activity in sprint teams where necessary.
  • Provide technical advice and support to our internal customers
  • Work closely with on and offshore colleagues to ensure quality of deliverables and SLAs are met.
  • Develop software as well as provide data discovery, analysis, and solution design expertise

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Understand data flows, EMR using PySpark, Understand APIs using dotnet and ideally familiar with Cloud specifically AWS and Serverless architecture.
  • Be able to interpret business problems and translate them into technical solutions and convey those solutions back to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Adobe product experience is preferred with an understanding of Marketing fundamentals
  • You will work collaboratively by nature; you will actively contribute your recommendations and take others on board for the benefit of the business and our customers
  • You will continually hone existing technical skills and develop new ones to further your reputation as a technical expert.

What you'll get for this role:

  • Annual salary: £30,000 to £40,000 (skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity of 8% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's)
