We are a 5 minute walk from East Worthing railway station.Key Responsibilities:
- Daily stock checks
- Perform physical count on inventory
- Reconcile stock count to computer generated reports
- Review purchase orders to ensure they are accurate before processing
- Liaise with Purchasing and Warehouse with respect to booking in incoming stock
- Issue parts to the production lines
- Accurately pick and kit parts
- Ensure work area is kept clean and tidy
- Main interactions:
- Internally
- Purchasing and Warehouse
Knowledge and experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- To be computer literate
- Be selfmotivated and be able to work under own initiative
- Detailed knowledge of supply chain managements software and practices (although training will be given)
- Demonstrates accuracy in various aspects of work
- Proactive with respect to possible problems
- Undertake all duties in accordance with ETI Ltd policies
- Attend all training when required in order to adhere to mandatory regulations, legislation and best practice
- Promote the company positively at all times
- Adhere to all aspects of confidentiality and Data Protection to comply with the law
- The post holder will be required to undertake such other duties as may be required, therefore, the list of duties in this job description should not be regarded as exclusive or exhaustive
